Before you begin, please make sure you have the following to hand:

  • Your National Insurance number and Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR)
  • A valid passport or driving licence
  • A proof of address document issued within the last 3 months, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or council tax statement
  • Any HMRC correspondence letter you have received
  • Your business start date and details of any additional income sources

Identity Verification – AplyID

As part of our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance requirements, we must verify the identity of all clients before providing accounting services.

After submitting this form, you will receive a secure AplyID verification request by SMS. AplyID allows you to verify your identity quickly using your smartphone by:

• Scanning your passport or driving licence
• Completing a short face verification
• Confirming your identity details

The process usually takes less than 2 minutes.

How did you hear about us?

After submitting this form, the onboarding process will continue as follows:


1. Identity Verification
You will receive a secure AplyID identity verification request by email or SMS. Please complete this to allow us to proceed.


2. Letter of Engagement
We will review your information and send you our Letter of Engagement by email outlining the services and fees. At the same time, you will also receive the HMRC Form 64-8 authorisation for your electronic signature, allowing us to act on your behalf with HMRC.


3. Client Portal Activation
Once the engagement is agreed, you will receive an invitation to activate your Client Document Manager portal.
The system will recognise your email address, so you will simply need to create a password to access your portal.
Through the portal you will be able to securely upload documents, review information, and communicate with us.
